Procedure to Follow if: Financial Assistance is Needed with your Medical Bill
1. Once Services have been Rendered, a copy of the bill can be obtained at the Business Office. The bill should be taken to your local Social Services Department. Application for assistance should be made by patient.
2. Once Decision is made by the Social Services, denial or approval should be taken to the business office of BGH.
3.Indigent Application will be completed by Business Office Personnel as appropriate. Financial Information must be provided as follows:
 Resources
Savings
Income
Dependents, etc.
4. Application will be reviewed for approval/denial.
