Chief Nursing Officer - Nursing Administration

The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for the oversight and Management of operations and finances for Nursing, Respiratory, Cardiology and other assigned clinical areas to ensure the highest possible quality of individual patient centered care is achieved. The CNO demonstrates knowledge of theory and practice of nursing principles and techniques of management utilizing evidenced based standards, implementing policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements. The CNO demonstrates evidence of leadership, creativity, integrity, initiative and communication skills and has the ability to utilize problem-solving techniques with high degree of professional excellence. The CNO duties encompass various aspects of nursing operations, from staffing and budgeting to quality improvement and staff development.
Requirements:
RN License
7 years of experience with Minimum 3 years of Nursing Administration
MSN or BSN with a plan to obtain Master in Nursing or Health Care Administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
